One would think that one of the most profitable companies on the planet would would only work with manufacturing companies that treat employees fairly and justly. But that's not the case for Apple Inc., the manufacturer of the ever-popular iPhone and iPod.

In fact, Apple has been in the news continuously because some of its factories have been found to be utilizing child labor. In one factory, close to 50 children were found employed. Other workers are working 60+ hour weeks without any rest.

Apple has been committed to halting child labor in its factories in the past, but it seems the instances are only growing. Sign the petition telling Apple's CEO to stop child labor in ALL of the company's operations.

Dear Tim Cook:

Given Apple Inc's well-known dedication to humanitarian causes, I was surprised to hear about the child labor dispute going on in your factories abroad.

Various reports have surfaced that reveal children as young as 10 working in Apple's factories. Other workers are putting in 7-day work weeks without any rest in between.

Just because your manufacturing facilities are abroad does not give you the license to ignore what's going on there. You have the moral responsibility to make sure all of your employees are being treated fairly and justly.

You must address this issue immediately. Do the right thing and take children out of your factories once and for all.

Thank you.

Dec 17, 2017 (Name not displayed) An Apple a day is healthy, but not if children have to work in factories. Education is healthier. Please address this injustice Mr Cook.
Dec 17, 2017 (Name not displayed) I'm 93 and I want to see a better world, where children go to school and are loved and cared for. This is not happening in some Apple factories. Mr Cook, please address this matter urgently.
Dec 17, 2017 (Name not displayed) Hey Apple, you've been committed to halting child labor in its factories in the past, but it seems this is happening again. How about some humanitarian good will at Christmas and for the coming New Year?
